Hey, I’m interested in you. And I apolagize because it seems like I should know of you and did not until just now. I watched “Not in our name”
I grew up during the Vietnam War. I’ve protested, got high, got lost, loved the songs and words of Jimi, the Doors, and Malcolm X. I say Iwent through hell and came back again. This time with my Father in heaven leading a path I try to stay on. I put down all the drugs, the needle, all the haters, and all the evil I can recognize. What are you and yours doing to change things? Bless you, your energy and the love in your soul. kim
kim. thanks for stopping by and thanks for sharing your experience. i’m doing the best i can. i write letters. i coordinate protests. i meet with reps. most of the time i wonder if i’m actually making a real difference, but i continue nonetheless because i have audacity to believe we can do better and that things can and will change. i remain hopeful because there is something truly remarkable about the human spirit. i can’t place my finger on it, but it keeps me motivated.
