So the new Coldplay (Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends) has been out for just about a week now. The whole record is great. Here’s a video for the single “Violet Hill.” I say “a video” because it’s not the official video, which is also good. But, in my opinion this one is better. [Ht. Phil]

Hi Blake,
i found your blog through the facebook blog network. I was flicking through the blogs it suggested i browse and got stuck on yours. The reason is your ‘about me’ bit is also about me, except for the Blake Huggins bit. I’m about to start my 3rd year of 4 training as a baptist minister in UK and i’m caught exactly in the slot you described. i don’t know what the point of my comment is; just hi, i know how you feel, i guess.
hope you don’t mind if i continue to drop by here from time to time.
Incidentally, coldplay are incredible!
