Poststructuralism and Pneumatology

I’m beginning preliminary research for an upcoming project exploring a poststructuralist pneumatology. Surprisingly, I have not found much out there dealing with the two. I’m hoping that someone might know of few articles or books dealing with that nexus.

I’d be especially keen on works that deal with the Spirit and Derrida’s notion of différance. Thanks in advance.

Hi! I am from Argentina. I am working on a thesis relating the thought of Juan Luis Segundo (and the relation of faith, ideology and freedom) from a postestructuralist perspectiva, specually in the hands of Ernesto Laclau, Judith Butler, Alain Badiou and others related (Derrida, Foucault, etc.) I haven't found so much material about this relation (appart of some materials related to postmodernism). It will be great if we keep in touch and help in this matter. Greetings

Hi Nicolas, thanks for contacting me!

I'm really interested in your thesis. Segundo is probably my favorite of the early Latin American liberation theologians. I think his methodology is of the most import today, in a globalized context.

Maybe we can share our resources as we run across them. I'm also working on a project on liberation theology methodology after “the end of history.” Feel free to email me if you like: blake[dot]huggins[at]gmail[dot]com
